COMPARISON BETWEEN ROTO MOULD
AND BLOW MOULD |
| |
|
SR. No. |
Roto Moulding |
Blow Moulding |
|
1 |
Material out of L.D. therefore
strength is less |
Material out of HM so strength is
high |
|
2 |
Product weight is high
2000 ltr tank wt. 46 kg
1000 ltr tank wt. 26 kg |
Lower weight than Roto
2000 ltr tank wt. - 28 - 30 kg
1000 ltr tank wt. - 16 - 17 kg |
|
3 |
Production is very slow
24 tank / 24 hrs of 2000 ltr. |
Production is 10 to 12 times high
12-15 tanks / hr |
|
4 |
Pulversing & Pelletising process is
required |
It is nit required in Blow Moulding |
|
5 |
You should have seperate moulds for
each size |
3/4 in one moulds are possible |
